To contribute by check to the Croatia 2025 team, please follow these instructions:

1. Make your check(s) payable and addressed to:
   Crosspointe Ministries
   1534 10th Street
   Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

2. Write “Croatia 20025” on the note line of the check.

3. DO NOT write the name of the team member you are supporting anywhere on the check.

4. Enclose a separate note with your check stating the name of the team member you are supporting.

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason the team member you are supporting is unable to fulfill her commitment to go on the trip, your contribution(s) will not be refunded. It/they will be used to support the remaining members of the team and its ministry.
