Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…What a wonder it is to me that You know my name? Me!! Sinful, selfish, often misguided…me! How grateful I am that You pursue me with Your goodness and grace and that You love me too much to let me continue living in the hurts of the past or lies I have believed about myself. You alone are the door to freedom, and I invite You today (and for the rest of my life) to dive deep into my soul, routing enemy strongholds and leading my heart and mind to healing. Please rule and reign in me today. In Your Magnificent Name, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Prayer ~ June 9, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…I worship You in this moment! I love and adore You and I can’t thank You enough for calling my name and drawing me to Yourself. I pray in this hour when it seems like the world has come unhinged, that the Holy Spirit would speak into the lives of these loved ones who do not yet know You __________ (name three and take time to pray for them). You alone are LORD! And I am so grateful that Your peace, power, and joy are bubbling up inside of me as I wait in Your presence. May everything I say and do today bring You glory. In the Name Above All Names, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

…and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Morning Prayer ~ June 8, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer…  

Dear Heavenly Father…I come into Your presence with Your praise upon my lips! I pour out my life and plans for Yours. I pray that You will direct my every step, my every thought, and my every word. Today, I pray to be a conduit of Your lavish grace toward everyone I encounter. Please open my eyes to see those around me as You see them in all their potential, all the great things You have in store for them, and most of all, how much You love them (even when I think they are difficult!). I move forward in this day renewed in Your love for me! In the Majestic Name of Jesus. Amen!

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy…

Morning Prayer ~ June 6, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer… 

Dear Lord Jesus…I glorify Your name. You are my rock, fortress, deliverer, and my God in whom I trust. I start this day quieting my heart and mind _______ (take time to do this in His presence). I am so grateful for all that You have given me and all that You have done for me. I ask that as You walk me through my day, Your Holy Spirit will open my eyes for greater discernment about what is going on all around me. I pray for His whispers to my spirit, teaching me how to pray effectively for each situation I face or for those in need. I am Yours, Lord, and in Your Mighty name, King Jesus, I pray. Amen!

Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage,

Morning Prayer ~ June 4, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…Oh, the wonder of Your amazing and extravagant grace! Its power to free me from the torment of guilt and shame and its effective working by the Holy Spirit to transform my life and call me to greater freedom, love, ministry, and intimacy with You has brought me new purpose. Who knew? Who knew that Your platform of grace is my platform to stand upon, especially when I fail. From its launching pad, strongholds are breaking within me, and I am finally learning to walk in all You have for me. So, Lord, I pray Your grace pours through me today to others. In Your Marvelous Name, King Jesus. Amen!

…that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...A new day begins in You! Already, however, my mind is going in a million different directions. So, in this moment, I take the time to still my heart and thoughts in Your presence ________ (take the time to do this). Ahhhh. Thank You, Holy Spirit for calming me and preparing me to open Your Word to hear Your voice ________ (do this, even if you only have a minute or two, we must start somewhere, right?). I pray to bring Your name glory in everything I say and do today. I seal this prayer in King Jesus’ Almighty Name. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...With so much going on in the world, I am grateful that when I set my heart and mind on You, as I do this moment ______ (take time to do this by speaking words of praise and worship), I am kept in Your perfect peace through the Holy Spirit. You are my ally in every situation, and as I face this day, I know that You will guide my every step as I lean into Your still, small voice in my heart. I praise You that there is no confusion in Your presence, and I walk in the clarity of Your Word and love today. Let’s go! In Your Superlative Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...Today I know that I am cupped in the palm of Your Almighty hands, and I worship You with a full and grateful heart. There is no one like You who holds my life so intimately and loves me still as You continually bring healing to my life. I pray to walk in Holy Spirit power today, and may every encounter I have bring glory to Your name and encouragement and restoration to any who cross my path. Open my eyes to see like You do. In the Name of the One Who Loves Me Most, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Prayer ~ May 30, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus...As I lay the burdens of my heart at Your footstool, I know that You are aware of every intimate detail surrounding them. I surrender my thoughts and desires for how I think You should intervene in each of these situations and the folks involved. I know that You are going to do things that my heart can’t even imagine and as Holy Spirit gives me the patience and power to wait, I pray for the perfect unfolding of Your plans in these areas of my concern ______ (name them). In the Name of the King of Angel Armies, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Prayer ` Memorial Day 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...I humbly draw near to You. Although You invite me to come boldly into Your throne room to find all the grace and mercy I could ever need or imagine (Heb. 4:16), today I come requesting Your sovereign move across my nation ______ (name it and take time to pray for it). Everyone everywhere needs Your touch. Everyone everywhere needs Your delivering hand. Everyone everywhere needs Your real and profound love. I ask today for revival. As I take the time to remember those who gave themselves for my freedom, I still am reminded that You paid the highest price of all so that those who receive you by faith, everyone everywhere, could have eternal life starting now. In the Almighty Name of Your Son, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Prayer ~ May 26, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...In this quiet moment, I lean into Your presence. I quiet my heart and mind _______ (take time to do this) so that I may sense the Holy Spirit’s leading. Instead of requesting those things I think You should do (like, really? I would even have a clue?), I am learning to wait for Your leading for those people, places, and circumstances that YOU desire my prayer partner ship with. I thank You for leading me to pray for these things __________ (do so with His leading). What confidence it gives me to know I am praying according to Your will, not mine! In Your Majestic Name, I pray, King Jesus.  Amen!

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus...I start this day from a place of rest in You (Heb 4). How grateful I am that faith is the door to Your rest, and there, every care, worry, or burden has been handed over to Your almighty hands. I no longer need to strive, be driven, or perfect in my own eyes or in the eyes of the world, because Your finished work is enough to take care of everything that concerns me. I choose today to live in the unforced rhythms of Your amazing grace. I love You, King Jesus, and seal this prayer and praise in Your name. Amen!

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion?

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Heavenly Father… I pray to finish this week well. I take time now to quiet my heart before You. I pray for Holy Spirit discernment for all the things that I will face today. May everything I do exude Your presence and Your love within me, and may every task I set my hand to be done for Your glory and to promote Your Kingdom, and not my plan or that of anyone else. Lord, please fill my cup, and may it overflow in every encounter I have. I know that You will take of everything else that concerns me, and I leave my cares into Your capable hands. In the Name of the One and Only, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer

Dear Lord Jesus...There has never been a time when I called to You and You didn’t come to my aid. I am so grateful for the open invitation to enter Your presence and find grace and mercy in my time of need (Heb. 4:14). Today, before all my work, school, home, and marketplace duties and activities begin, I once again ask for Holy Spirit anointing to be a light in a dark world. I pray that You would pour through my life in Your love and might. I choose to walk without offense and be a conduit of Your grace and mercy too. I am ready to begin this day because I sense Your presence within me. Let’s go! In the Name Above All Names, King Jesus, I seal this prayer. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Heavenly Father…I am here in Your presence today. May I be solely Kingdom-minded even in the most hectic and frazzling situations that I may face. Your peace and calm are the eye of every storm. I am so grateful for the Holy Spirit’s gifts that lead me in your discernment as I battle-pray for those around me. I especially lift up loved ones facing difficult family situations _________ (name them). I pray, first and foremost, that each member involved will receive You as Lord and that their hearts will be turned to live in Your love toward one another. Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...I begin my day with praise and worship in my heart and on my lips for You! When I lift up audible praise (even if it’s only a whisper!), I know that the enemy takes notice and flees. When I set my gaze upon Your greatness, Your power is magnified in my life because I know that You hold me in Your all-powerful hand. You alone are my defense and refuge in the day of trouble, and You have never failed me yet! Even when I wondered what You were up to, I later saw You had a more significant plan in place! I am forever grateful, and I seal this time of worship in Your Limitless Name, King Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...What strength and encouragement I have knowing that I belong to You! As I begin my day, I rest fully assured that I am totally and completely accepted in Your Beloved Son. From this position of acceptance, I come to You now, sensing the Holy Spirit leading me to do battle in the Spirit for these folks in my life who are struggling financially, emotionally, with health issues, or relationally ________ (take time to name the first three the Holy Spirit brings to you mind and heart). I declare Your breakthrough, conviction, assurance, and deliverance that is needed for each of these in the name of the One and Only Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...You truly are the way-maker! Honestly, when every door seems closed, every window tightly fastened, or every pathway is blocked, You make a way. Time and time again, I have seen You do this in my life when I live in total surrender to You. So once again, I lay every aspect of my life at Your feet, giving You complete and total control ________ (take time to thoughtfully do this). What a relief! What freedom from fear and anxiety. I am so very grateful to start my day hidden in you.

Mother's Day Prayer ~ May 12, 2024

Morning Moment of Prayer for Mother's Day...

Dear Heavenly Father… Today I pray for all the moms in my life ______ (name a few of them!). I speak a blessing over their lives and all that they do for their families. I pray that each one that I have named will feel celebrated and loved, and they will receive such great encouragement to keep going and not grow weary. I especially lift up those who I know are struggling ______ (take time to name them as well!). I ask that You draw them to Yourself and that they would experience Your love, power, provision, and peace. In the Beautiful Name of Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Prayer...So Sorry that I Forgot to Mention...

Hi Everyone,

Someone just reached out to me to say they weren’t receiving their Morning Moments of Prayer. I forgot to let you know that I was taking a few weeks off, and the prayers and devos will return on Mother’s Day! LOL, that’s how much I needed a little break to concentrate on some things the Lord is doing at this time.
