Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…Today I lean into Your all-powerful names. You are not only called Jesus (Yeshua: Hebrew for The Lord is Salvation), but Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. These are but a few of the titles that culminate in You. In this moment I sense I need the strength of Your Name _________ (pick from this list in this prayer, and let the Holy Spirit speak encouragement to you from it) for this situation ___________ (name the situation). I am Yours and You are my Lord as I head out into this busy before Christmas day. In Your Almighty Name, Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen!

For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Heavenly Father…As the days seem to move so quickly by this Christmas season, I take this time to quiet my heart in Your presence ____ (do this). When I am still before You, and I direct my every thought to think only of You, Your peace and power in the Holy Spirit rise up within me and bring calm to my emotions and my thinking patterns. I am not worried by current events, because I am fixing my hope in You alone and the power of Your love and Word to walk me through any current obstacles or even the latest news report. I am so grateful for Your peace, and in Your Mighty Name, King Jesus, I pray. Amen!

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us...

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus…You reign over this Christmas season celebrating Your birth. Before I start any activity today, I simply desire to be grounded and centered on You. I pray for Holy Spirit grace to guard my emotions and the strength of Your Word to hold my every thought captive to You. So, when impatience wants to needle its way into my soul, I will remain in Your felt joy instead. Or, if any thought that doesn’t glorify You comes knocking, I will cast it at Your feet and let Your Spirit prevail. I am Yours! In Your Name, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus... I am so grateful for You today. I am so thankful that I never have to do life alone because You are always with me. Your forgiveness and grace cover my mess-ups, and Your righteousness secures my position in You. I am humbled by all that You have done in, through, and for me. As so many struggle today, cause me to hear the Holy Spirit's heart to intercede for others. As I wait quietly upon You, please place folk's names on my heart to pray for through the day _________ (do this now). I go forward in the power of Your Name, Living Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus...With each day’s headlines, our weary world is growing darker by the day. And then I think of those I care about who are in challenging circumstances, too. Today, as I worship and adore You, I am so grateful for the Holy Spirit’s power and ability to fill my soul and spirit with overwhelming hope. Not just the hope of Christmas but hope in Your finished work on the cross and the power of Your resurrection. May I be a blessing to any who feel hopeless today, as You overflow my life. In Your Name of Extraordinary Hope, King Jesus, I pray. Amen!

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Dear Lord Jesus...I am so excited for this beautiful season celebrating Your birth! I pray that multitudes will come to a saving knowledge of You during this time, especially these folks who are near and dear to me _______ (take the time to name them). I pray each day, as I quiet my heart before You to hear Your voice and read Your Word, that the Holy Spirit will help me to prioritize my every task. That interruptions won’t interrupt my peace and joy, and that I will be a light to everyone I meet. I am Yours! In Your Magnificent Name, I pray, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Heavenly Father...At the start of this Christmas season, I bow my heart in this moment. In the stillness of this time, I sense the Holy Spirit strengthening me for this day, and reminding me why You came and the boundless joy You bring to my life. You already know the challenges that I will face and the demands that will be placed upon me. I trust You, Lord. I break any spirit of control or manipulation that may want to entice me to take matters into my hands and I cast those thoughts and actions down in the authority of the name of Lord Jesus. I choose to trust completely in You and I am now ready. Amen!

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Dear Lord Jesus…As I position myself before You in humble surrender—exchanging my plans and will for Yours—what peace and joy fill my heart to overflowing. Only Holy Spirit can do that! In these uncertain times with war in so many places, my heart and mind are fixed upon You. As I pray in the Spirit today, may my prayers be right on target as I lift up my family, neighborhood, nation, and the nations of the world. May I be a conduit of Your goodness to many today as Your goodness pursues my life. In the Name of the Everlasting King, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Surely goodness and mercy and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life,

Dear Lord Jesus...How can I ever thank You enough? All that You have done, all that you have given me, and all that is yet to come as I walk in Your life as Your precious child. Well? It takes my breath away! But most of all, I thank You for Who You Are. You are my creator, redeemer, savior, shepherd, healer – the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. May I live a life of thanks-living by bringing You thanksgiving every day that I draw breath. In the Name of the One and Only Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…My eyes are turned toward You. I lift up this coming week before Your majestic throne and stand in solid assurance that You are completely in control as I walk closely with You. I pray to be a light in the dark and that everywhere You lead me today in my home, workplace, or the marketplace, I will be so overflowing with the Presence of the Holy Spirit, that people around me will know that You are near, and they will call upon Your name even if they have never done so before. Please lead me to those you want me to pray for or witness to them of Your great love. Here I am. In Your Superlative Name, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...I begin this day offering thanks and praise to You ______ (take time to do this in your own words). Lord, I ask for Holy Spirit discernment about each thought that crosses my mind; not receiving those that hint of my own flesh, the way the world thinks, or even the suggestions of the enemy that bring nothing but confusion. I pray for continued healing in my thought-life and I bring captive every thought that is not from You! I choose to meditate on what is pure, holy, noble, good, uplifting, and faith-building. In Your Glorious Name I pray, Lord Jesus!

Dear Lord Jesus…I am so grateful for Your healing power! You alone can fully heal our souls, minds, and bodies, so today, I speak Your Name, Lord Jesus over these loved ones in my life who need Your healing touch _______ (name them and include yourself if needed!). As I pray, I also wait upon the Holy Spirit to show me specifically how to pray for each of them, knowing that You know each of us so intimately, far beyond what we could ever imagine. I thank You in advance for Your work in every part of our lives. Jesus, You are Lord! Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus...At the start of this day, I declare that You are Lord of my life. May I experience more of Your presence, power, and love in the days to come. I ask to be a vessel that You can pour through to bring others to salvation, physical, and emotional healing. I ask for a greater revelation of You each time I open Your Word, and may I walk in every supernatural gift and fruit of the Holy Spirit. Here I am! In Your Magnificent Name I pray. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…I quiet my heart before You in the stillness of this moment. I know that I am in Your presence, Almighty God. And in this quiet time, I am completely reminded that nothing is too difficult for You. Nothing is impossible. So instead of bringing You my laundry list of prayer requests, I choose to remain quiet before You and let Your Holy Spirit breathe His life into me. I open Your Word with joy and I know that You hold me in Your hand and that all my concerns are already taken care of because You are my God. In the Most Beautiful Name in the World, King Jesus. Dear Lord Jesus…How grateful I am for Your provision! I start this day knowing that everything that concerns me is already known by You. As I face today’s highs and lows, my may heart and mind be steadfast upon Your Word that feeds, fills, transforms, and sustains me. May everything I participate in bring You glory as move through my day. As world events continue to unfold, please direct my prayers for all people everywhere to give their lives to You. I am ready. Dear Lord Jesus...As time marches on toward the holidays, I take time now to quiet my heart before You. As the world seems to march on in so much uncertainty, I am so grateful—beyond words—that my certainty is found in You! How grateful I am that Your grace is MORE than enough to meet my every need. Today, I pray for these loved ones who are struggling ________ (take time to name them). I declare Your Lordship over their lives even if they don’t yet acknowledge You as Lord. Thank You for the authority You have given me in Your name to pray boldly. And in Your Magnificent Name, King Jesus, I seal this prayer. Amen!

 Dear Lord Jesus…I am so thankful that fear no longer rules my life all because of You and the unfailing power of Your grace! Today, I clothe myself in Your presence and stand firmly upon Your unfailing Word; I am safe. No matter what the world, the enemy, or even my own failings try to do to trip me up, my gaze is higher upon You. You truly are my Rock, and Your love is my firm foundation. I love You, Lord. Dear Lord Jesus...I start this week and this day with my thoughts set and focused only upon You. No matter if I am in the workplace, marketplace, school, or home, I pray Your Kingdom rule in every place. I surrender all to You in this moment ______ (take time to use your own words to do this). May I be led by Your Holy Spirit in every encounter I have. And I choose beforehand to listen more than I speak, give more than I take, and bring Your light everywhere I go. Dear Lord Jesus…Oh, how I love Your presence. As I press through all the distractions around me and enter Your courts with thanksgiving, the Holy Spirit reveals You to me and opens Your Word to speak a “now” word into my life’s circumstances. I pray to never let anything come between You and me throughout this day. No matter what I face at work, home, school, or during my daily duties, I pray to be in constant communion with You. I love you, Lord, and in Your Wonder-Full Name I pray, Lord Jesus. Amen!
