Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…I find such rest in You and Your Word. When You say that You will do all the heavy (and light!) lifting in my life if I simply let go my cares and trust You, You have never failed to come through! How many times have I gotten in Your way, delayed Your plans, or disrupted them altogether, simply because I think I know what is best? Far too many times. Today, and every day, I choose You. I lay my burdens down, trust you to open and close doors, and give me discernment in every situation. I am ready! In Your Name, Which is Filled with All Grace, King Jesus. Amen!

Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…I am so grateful for Your healing power! You alone can fully heal our souls, minds, and bodies, so today, I speak Your Name, Lord Jesus over these loved ones in my life who need Your healing touch _______ (name them and include yourself if needed!). As I pray, I also wait upon the Holy Spirit to show me specifically how to pray for each of them, knowing that You know each of us so intimately, far beyond what we could ever imagine. I thank You in advance for Your work in every part of our lives. Jesus, You are Lord! Amen.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.

Morning Moment of Prayer...

Dear Lord Jesus...With all the crazy weather, wars around the world, political unrest, and plain old living life, I am so thankful for the refreshing I find in the felt presence of the Holy Spirit Who indwells me. Your living waters never fail to flourish when I am surrendered to You, and I choose to trust You rather than to cave in to worry or anxiety. Oh, how I love what You are doing in my life! I can’t thank You enough for setting me from the bondages, struggles, addictions, and behaviors that once overwhelmed me. I am far from perfect, but You have brought me so very far. For me to live is YOU. And in Your Name, Lord Jesus, I pray. Amen!

For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…How grateful I am that You are with me, and You dwell within me. All fear is erased in Your presence, and I ask today to be someone who helps strengthen others who are in fearful places in their lives. The whole world is going through so much, and hatred and violence abound. Instead, Lord, love everyone through me, reaching everyone with Your mercy and grace. Please help me to see those in my city who are precariously in the margins. I pray for insight regarding how to reach these folks in both a practical and supernatural way. I am ready for this coming week! In the Matchless Name of Jesus. Amen!

Morning Moment of Prayer…

Dear Lord Jesus…In a world where evil and violence abound, Your grace is enough! Yes, the effective working of Your all powerful grace through the Holy Spirit fills me to overflowing, gives me abilities beyond my natural limitations, provides for all I need, and resources me to live in freedom from guilt and the stuff that once held me so tightly. Today, may I be a gift of Your grace to everyone I meet. I make myself available for you to work through to bless, encourage, or pray for healing for those I know and those I don’t. I am ready…all because of Your grace. I seal this prayer in Your Gracious Name, Lord Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I crown You the center of my life. May everything about me revolve around You and Who You are. Today, I surrender every concern in my heart ________ (name them). I trust You completely as I put these matters into Your almighty hands and back off from trying to take control. And once again, I continue to lift up world events. May multitudes receive You into their lives on both sides of every conflict. May Your peace rule! In Your Marvelous Name, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I do not want to do anything today without the Holy Spirit’s power and presence overflowing my life. I am tired of making messes, then turning to You to clean them up. I choose to live surrendered today (and every day!) to Your will. I thank You for the lavishness of Your love in my life, and I trust You for the things taking place that I don’t fully understand. Instead of trying to figure out these situations, I totally rest and trust in You. Let the day begin! In Jesus’ All-Powerful Name. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus… I bow before Your throne today. With so much taking place all around me, I am so thankful that Your Holy Spirit and Your Word anchor my soul. The profound healing that You continue to do in my life from past mistakes, traumas, and wounds has been so great, and I rest in the depths of Your love. Please Use me today as an agent of reconciliation and peace with everyone I meet. Work through me today to lay hands on the sick, pray for the lost, and extend hope to the hopeless. You are everything to me, and in Your Almighty Name, I pray, Lord Jesus. Amen!

I thank You that fear is no longer a part of my life and that Your kingdom, not any kingdom or nation on the earth, is the one I love and serve first and foremost. Please work through me today to be a light and encouragement to everyone I meet, seeing Your Holy Spirit’s supernatural gifts of prayer language, prophecy, discernment, or any of them, displayed through my life to bring others into Your embrace. Dear Lord Jesus…Here we are again! The start of a brand-new day. In this moment of quiet, I pour out my life before You. Please empty me completely of my selfishness, self-absorption, and any and everything that keeps me from the fullness of Holy Spirit power, joy, and most of all, Your limitless love. I pray that Your Word inside of me will continue to speak to me throughout the day and may I not only be refreshed and revived but bring that same refreshment to many. Dear Lord Jesus...With wars and rumors of wars taking place, my heart safely rests in You. I pray for these conflicts around the globe ________ (name them). You gave Your life so that every man, woman, or child from every tribe, nation, and tongue could be redeemed by Your selfless and sacrificial love. Today, in my small corner of this planet, I pray to be Holy Spirit empowered to demonstrate Your love, healing, and deliverance. Make whatever adjustments are needed in me to accomplish the work of Your great commission. I love You with all my heart and in Your Name Above All Names, I pray, King Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord Jesus…I will wait upon You. I will wait upon Your timing. You have never failed me in any way. Have you done things differently than I would have? Yes, most certainly! And I thank You that You didn’t take my advice, as iday into Your almighty hands. And as I wait, I turn to the old Bible Hebrew word for waiting upon You which means to be tightly bound to You; my heart connected with Yours. Dear Heavenly Father…I am so thankful that I am held safe and secure in Your Almighty hands today and forever. I lift up the praise and worship You are due, proclaiming Your love, might, and power to everyone I meet. And I pray Your kingdom down into every situation I face ________ (name them). You rule and reign! What a load off my shoulders and heart that as I trust You, Your peace assures me, and Your presence fills me with the Holy Spirit. Dear Lord Jesus...How incomprehensible is Your grace in my life! By it You have not only given me everything I need to walk in healing, deliverance, and strength, but it is also the free gift of the Holy Spirit to work effectively in and through my life beyond what I could ever imagine or think. May this day be filled with Your light and leading as I walk through this darkened world. I pray my every word and action glorify You and bring many closer to Your embrace. All. Because. Your. Grace. Dear Heavenly Father...Today I know that I am cupped in the palm of Your Almighty hands, and I worship You with a full and grateful heart. Dear Lord Jesus…I am so reminded in this moment that You carry me in the palm of Your hand. I am so grateful that anxiety and worry are nearly non-existent in my life since putting Your first and meeting You in the secret place of Your presence (Mt.6:6). I am so thrilled to wake up each new day, knowing that an adventure is in store, that You are with me, and that in the power of Your Almighty name, the enemy is defeated! Today, I place any remaining cares I have, once again, squarely in Your hands ________ (take time to name them and leave them there!). I am ready. Dear Lord Jesus...Lead my day! I come humbly into Your presence, excited and energized by the Holy Spirit for this brand-new day. I recognize all my faults and failings, but I am clothed in Your spiritual armor, and I trust Your continued work in my life. Because You have done so much for me, today, I battle-pray for these folks that are struggling emotionally ________ (take time to name them and what you sense they are going through). Dear Lord Jesus...I revel and rejoice in Your unfailing love for me! Every morning, I wake up and wonder at the mystery of Your beyond-reason love that never ceases towards me, no matter what I’ve done, haven’t done, said or not said, or when I have been completely selfish, self-serving, or self-absorbed. Yet, You love too much to let me wallow in my stuff. Slowly, surely, and decisively, You have set me free to live in Holy Spirit joy, power, happiness, and fulfillment—no matter my circumstances. I am so grateful, and today, I seal this prayer, in Your Magnificent Name, the Name of All Authority, King Jesus. Amen!
